We have two areas for collecting screenshots and related media. One is just for the stuff we are able to rescue from the old TechWiki.cuip.net, the other for newly uploaded ones not yet embedded in their own articles.
The general idea with either is that if you prepare the screenshots first you can still upload them even if the article text is not ready. Then when you do enter the article, you can image-link to the already-uploaded image as an alternative to re-upping to embed in your article.
